This is a work in progress poster for Dr Who Series 5!

I absolutely love Dr Who. And what better way for me to show my love for it but with poster design! I wanted to give it that optimistic 70's Tomorrowland look, to reflect that periods optimism and looking forward to the future.

I used the font Gill Sans, due to its relation to London (it being its chosen font for branding the london underground and other places) which is a brilliant font, clean and simple and also matches the time period of the poster. The Tardis trail also shows a subtle "5" to tie it all together.

Hope you like it so far! Think I need to work on The Doctor a little more though.

I wanna start with my visit to galafryn (spelled wrong srry) so i can take over the high council of the timelords, start a war with raxicanphilopilopilados (again spelled wrong) and win. Then convince the doctor that despite my fangirlish crush on him that he belongs with Amy Pond and will then convince Amy Pond that the DESPITE the fact she is getting married she truely belongs with the doctor. THEN I will bring my friend into all of this mess and she will try and murder me because i messed with the initial doctor who plotline and I will calm her down with a seat on the newly overtaken high council of the timelords. THAT, my friend, is where I want to start.
